Female Strong’s Young Professionals Committee successfully hosted “Nail Your Niche,” a spring professional development program designed for emerging leaders and professionals across the Chicago area.
Hosted at leading sponsor Cushman & Wakefield’s newly reimagined amenity floor at 225 W Wacker, Nail Your Niche featured a fireside chat that tackled important topics for emerging leaders—whether you just received your dream job/promotion, are looking to advance in your current role, or have begun to explore a new career path. Speakers included Florence Ann Romano, Vice-President of Business Strategy at Yakkety Yak & Author of Build Your Village: A Guide to Finding Joy and Community in Every Stage of Life; Sheila Sipes, Business Development Director, Commercial Interiors & Vice President at HKS Architects and President of the Chicago Chapter of CoreNet; and Candace Washington, Chief Empowerment Officer at Pivotal Impact. One lucky attendee won a spa package to AIRE Ancient Baths.
