#WhyWednesday: Jen Tadin
We are excited to continue our #WhyWednesday series with new board member, Jen Tadin!
#WhyWednesday is a weekly feature of a leader that is involved in our organization. A “why” is the reason they decided to become involved with Female Strong, what female empowerment and leadership mean to them, or why they do what they do.
Jen Tadin is the President of Small Business at Gallagher, a global insurance brokerage, risk management, and consulting firm. She is also an Inclusion & Equity Ambassador, Public Speaker, and SME Expert.
Jen has a proven record of success-building, leading, and growing outside and inside sales functions for Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, she is a member of Forbes Business Development Council, an invitation-only organization for senior-level sales and business development executives.
What is Your “Why,” Jen?
Empowered girls strengthen economies and are the key to breaking the cycle of poverty for families around the world. Moreover, I believe deeply that empowering girls with confidence and leadership skills will benefit every person, family, and organization.
I am honored to be a part of Female Strong and to contribute to changing our world for the better one girl at a time.
