Elise Gelwicks is the founder of Eleview Consulting. She’s spent the last decade specializing in helping companies quickly get their young professionals integrated into their teams so they can add immediate, maximum value. She’s worked with companies such as Abbott, Sidley Austin, Citi, and Kellogg’s through custom-designed professional development workshops.
Elise has been featured in ABC News and the New York Times for her work and teaches LinkedIn Learning courses on career acceleration and networking.

We are so honored to have her as a founding member of the new Young Professionals Board at Female Strong. Their inaugural event, Level Up Your Network, is a virtual event for young female professionals who want to intentionally build relationships with those at similar stages in their careers.

I’m passionate about bridging the gap between the generations in today’s workforce. By making nuanced interpersonal skills concrete, more young professionals will be set up for long-term success.
