Empower young leaders by hosting a Peer-to-Peer campaign with Female Strong! Previous P2P sponsors like Bold Penguin and ARCO Murray have each raised over $10,000 through employee participation and company matches, enabling us to deliver cost-free programming to dozens of young participants.
What is a Peer-to-Peer Campaign?
A P2P campaign allows employees to fundraise individually or as a team, contributing to Female Strong’s mission to build confidence and leadership in middle and high school girls. Each donation makes our programming accessible to young leaders who need it most, with companies boosting the impact through a corporate match.

Host a Female Strong Camp:
If your company is interested in hosting its own Camp on-site for girls in your network, email Sarah@femalestrong.org to schedule your own one-day camp in 2025. With a contribution of $5,000, you can positively influence the lives of girls ages 8 to 12 in your local community. This presents a wonderful opportunity to serve the daughters of your employees, clients, and budding community leaders, as well as engaging your employees in a meaningful volunteer opportunity.
