Introducing Female Strong’s Dynamic New Board Members: Committed to Empowering Future Female Leaders
We are thrilled to announce an exciting new chapter in the journey of Female Strong. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are constantly seeking opportunities to better serve our community and fulfill our mission: empowering young women to be confident, future leaders.
Today, we are overjoyed to introduce our exceptional new board members who have joined us in our mission to empower and uplift young girls and women. Please join us in warmly welcoming Kristen Davis, Dr. Tasha Green Cruzat, and J’ai Brown to the Female Strong family. Each of these remarkable individuals brings unique skills and experiences that will further strengthen our organization.
Without further ado, let’s meet our new Board Members:
Kristen brings her expertise as the Marketing Manager at Redmond Construction, with a proven track record of driving successful marketing strategies. She guides Female Strong to success with her marketing expertise. Dr. Tasha Green Cruzat, President and Board Member at Children’s Advocates for Change, brings her passion for advocating for the rights and well-being of children to our organization. Dr. Tasha Green Cruzat’s expertise will help Female Strong further support the will, confidence, and leadership of our young women. J’ai Brown, Vice President of Human Resources at HUB International, offers her extensive experience in fostering inclusive work environments. Her deep understanding of organizational dynamics and ties to Chicago communities will contribute significantly to our efforts in empowering women and girls. Together, they bring a wealth of knowledge and dedication to Female Strong, and we are excited to have them on board as we continue our mission of empowering women and promoting gender equality.
Each of these exceptional individuals brings a unique perspective, a wealth of knowledge, and a shared passion for our cause. We are profoundly grateful for their commitment to helping us empower more young women to take on leadership roles and challenge inequities in the workplace.
We are just getting started, and with the support of our community and the guidance of our new Advisory Board, the future is bright for Female Strong. If you are interested in exploring this opportunity, email Kristin Tews at Kristin@femalestrong.org.
Thank you for your continued support. Together, we are making a difference!
