Shelby Wenner is the volunteer leader of the Chicago Booth Book Club and Female Strong partnership.
In honor of Women’s History Month, Chicago Booth highlighted Shelby and her efforts to “harness the power of literature to explore female empowerment with a group of women.”
Shelby and the Chicago Booth Book Club assisted Female Strong with a book club session in the fall and due to the huge success, Shelby will return this summer to help out with two more book club sessions.
Last session, Shelby worked with 5 girls in middle school from both Chicago and New York City. We are excited to have her join us again this summer!
