Join Female Strong’s Young Professionals Program for “Nail Your Niche,” our first event of 2023 hosted at the newly reimagined amenity floor at 225 W Wacker.
Hosted in partnership with Cushman & Wakefield, Stream Realty Partners, and Spear Street Capital, this fireside chat will tackle important topics for emerging leaders—whether you just received your dream job/promotion, are looking to advance in your current role, or have begun to explore a new career path. Speakers will share personal experiences and advice around building personal and professional networks, developing as a leader in your industry, establishing yourself as a promotion-worthy team member, tips for making a career change, and more related topics.
Speakers include Florence Ann Romano, Vice-President of Business Strategy at Yakkety Yak & Author of Build Your Village: A Guide to Finding Joy and Community in Every Stage of Life; Sheila Sipes, Business Development Director, Commercial Interiors & Vice President at HKS Architects and President of the Chicago Chapter of CoreNet; and Candace Washington, Chief Empowerment Officer at Pivotal Impact.
Attendees will have the opportunity to enter a raffle to win a spa package to AIRE Ancient Baths.
